YOUR CONNECTION CAN TAKE DIFFERENT FORMS
Start with what matters to you
There’s a lot to think about.
You can take your time.
Your health. Your children. Your work. Your reasons for considering this. There is room for all of it in the conversation.

Your life, alongside the journey
School runs. Work shifts.
People who need you.
Surrogacy becomes part of a life you already have. Before you make a decision, we’ll discuss appointments, travel, childcare and the help you may need at home.
You can bring your partner or a support person into the conversation. Ask the practical questions early, including what is covered and how recovery is planned.
Compensation & benefits
Your time and commitment
deserve a clear plan.
Understand the base compensation, additional benefits and covered expenses before moving forward. You should know what each amount means and when it is paid.
Estimated total compensation
$60,000–
$90,000+
An estimate for discussion. Individual packages and payment milestones vary.
Compensation note: This estimate is not a guaranteed offer. Confirm your individual package, eligibility and payment terms in writing before making a decision.
One step at a time
You don’t have to figure
everything out today.
Begin with a conversation
Tell us what made you curious and what you want to understand. Asking a question does not commit you to a journey.
Learn what the journey involves
Review screening, matching, clinical care, compensation and independent legal advice. Talk through your family’s practical needs.
Decide whether the timing is right
Take time to consider what you have learned. If you move forward, the next steps will be explained before you agree to them.

Questions you may already have
Let’s start here.
Can I learn more before applying?
Yes. You can ask about the process, compensation, appointments or family life before deciding whether to apply.
Will I be genetically related to the baby?
In gestational surrogacy, the embryo is created using eggs and sperm from intended parents or donors, rather than the surrogate’s eggs. The clinic will explain the treatment plan.
Can I continue working?
Discuss your work, appointments, travel, possible restrictions and recovery with your care team. Review any lost-wage coverage in your agreement.
Curious? That’s enough to begin.
Bring your questions. We’ll help you understand the next step, at your pace.
Other ways to connect
Know someone who’s curious?
Share the information with her and let her decide. Our referral program explains the process and proposed rewards.
Create thoughtful content?
We also welcome media proposals that help women understand surrogacy with care and accuracy.
