Compensation & benefits
The numbers matter.
So do the details.
You should be able to see what you are being paid, what is reimbursed and when each payment is due—before you make a commitment.

Program compensation
$60,000–$90,000+
A proposed total package, not a guaranteed base payment. Experience, location, the final agreement and events during the journey may change the total.
Compensation note: Your individual package is subject to screening and a written agreement. Confirm your individual package, eligibility and payment terms in writing before making a decision.
Read the package in three parts.
| Category | Estimated range | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Base compensation | $45,000–$80,000 | The agreed amount for your time and commitment. Confirm the installment schedule and how a changed or interrupted journey affects it. |
| Allowances & benefits | $5,000–$10,000 | Monthly allowances, clothing and other benefits may be grouped here. Check what is included and what requires receipts. |
| Event-based items | $5,000–$10,000 | Amounts reserved for particular circumstances are not automatic earnings. Confirm which events qualify and how each is documented. |
These categories do not establish a payable total. Review the complete written package before deciding.
Know where the money is.
Ask for the name of the escrow provider, the funding schedule and the written instructions that govern payments. Keep your own copy of the agreement and account statements.
Your independent attorney should explain what happens if a payment is late or disputed. A funding arrangement should not be described as eliminating every financial risk.
Five questions to bring.
When do installments start?
Which expenses need approval?
What happens after an unsuccessful transfer?
How are lost wages and recovery handled?
Who can resolve an error?
Ask for the breakdown.
We can discuss the categories before you decide whether the program is right for you.
